Let's be honest; takeout happens throughout the week. We love cooking here at Le Plat Co., but we also get to a point in the week where we can't get it to it or just don't want to cook. Takeout is a fantastic option and something most of us have got pretty used to during recent mandates. Also, something that has helped our restaurant owners out tremendously, you know we love
#supporting small businesses!
With that said, takeout is a great way to get your plating juices flowing and to actually use your serveware on a regular night in. Start by thinking of how you would love to see this on a plate while dining in a restaurant. Or how a Michelin chef would plate it! Even if it's chicken nuggets with a side of ketchup, make that ketchup a beautiful swipe across the plate.
Everything and anything can be plated on serveware to become more pleasing to the eye. We are sure it will add much more joy than plastic or paper containers! It may seem like a little more clean up but let's remember we're trying to bring joy by using serveware, and by doing that, making your meal the star of the day!
Below is a quick guide to help you spark takeout magic with ideas, plating options per cuisine, and add on's for your next takeout adventure.
